The 30215 QLD Course in General Safety Induction (Construction Industry - Blue Card) is a mandatory requirement under Queensland's Workplace Health & Safety Regulation 1997 for persons wishing to carry out construction type work. It allows persons doing the course to develop basic skills and knowledge in relation to risk management and relevant Workplace Health & Safety obligations and requirements. This Course and the Blue Card is recognised in Victoria and NSW (Persons should complete the state specific course were they are ordinarily resident).

As of 1st January 2008 the Department of Employment and Industrial Relations & Workplace Health and Safety Queensland has added special conditions to the 30215QLD - Course in General Safety Induction (Construction Industry): To provide a certified copy of Identification (for example drivers licence, student card etc) is a security requirement that should help prevent false signatures to be added to the Blue Card. Every Training Provider needs to comply with this requirement.
| Do you need the Blue Card in a hurry? |
No problem & no extra cost! You can also email or fax your answers, Statutory Declaration & certified copy of ID to us and we will email a letter of competency with your Blue Card number to you that same working day. This letter will allow you to work until your Blue Card arrives.
