Bryan Peach is a trained mediator and an Appointed Mediator with the Queensland Building Tribunal.
Private mediation's are also conducted between conflicting parties within the building industry and outside the building industry in general practice. Arbitration services are available by request of both parties.

Pre-Purchase Building Inspections & Condition Reports …

Clients receive a full and comprehensive written report on the condition of the building at present and also advice if necessary on any deterioration that is likely to occur particularly in the short term. Pest and Termite inspections can be arranged on your behalf.

Problem areas are specifically noted and solutions if appropriate are offered and long term effects are advised. Many older type buildings have structural members removed (usually support beams, walls or posts) and the structural integrity of the building is left wanting. It is important that these issues be conveyed to a prospective purchaser. These issues are more readily identified by people who have had long term practical building experience.
