We understand the frustrations often associated with correspondence courses, so The Peach Institute has developed two comprehensive but simple courses which we believe are by far and above the best available.
Mutual recognition of interstate induction cards:
Persons who have completed the CPCCOHS1001A: Work Safely in the construction industry (White Card) Course in Queensland can use the "White Card" in the following states: Victoria, NSW, South Australia and Western Australia. Further information on mutual recognition arrangements can be found at www.deir.qld.gov.au. (It is a Government Requirement that persons complete the state 
specific course were they are ordinarily resident).
Changes to General Safety Induction Cards:
As of 1st July 2009 the 30215 QLD Course in General Safety Induction (Construction Industry - Blue Card) has been replaced by the Course: CPCCOHS1001A Work safely in construction industry (White Card). Persons holding "Blue Cards" will not be required to replace their "Blue Cards" as they will continue to be valid and recognised.
The Peach Institute also has a selection of books available for sale to the general public. For those people enrolling in either our Owner Builder face-to-face course or our Owner Builder correspondence course, books are supplied as part of the cost of your course.
